Anelia Dimitrova

Managing Director of CATRO Bulgaria


Anelia has an Executive MBA Degree in Human Resource Management at the Sheffield University, in the UK as well as a Master’s Degree in Political Science, Economics and International Law at the University of Heidelberg, Germany. She is the founder of CATRO Bulgaria which belongs to the Austrian groups of consultancy companies CATRO and Die Berater. Anelia embraced this challenge in 2010 inspired by her strong belief that successful HR professionals are not born in universities but grow up inside organisations. For that reason, her main mission as founder and managing director of CATRO Bulgaria is to build up a strong and united team of young professionals who are sharing the same values and are eager to constantly learn and develop.

As a senior consultant, Anelia leads crucial organisational projects dedicated to Executive Search in corporate and NGO sector, long-term Leadership Programmes, Performance Management, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement programmes in different industries. Furthermore, Anelia is at the heart of the first CSR projects of CATRO in Bulgaria, being actively involved as Deputy Board President of SOS Children Villages Bulgaria and member of the advisory Board of the student organisation AIESEC.

What truly inspires her is to deliver high-quality human resource consultancy with social impact. Supporting people and organisations to discover their true potential, build self-confidence and empower them to strive towards their goals, is her everyday job and greatest passion besides her amazing 2 boys, and the relaxing yoga and meditation in the mountains.

Diana Nedkova - Butanska

Senior Consultant at CATRO Bulgaria


Diana has a Bachelor degree in Business and Management Studies with a specialisation in Human Resources Management from the University of Salford, United Kingdom. She has joined the CATRO team in 2012 and since then she is dedicating her expertise and experience in all business lines of CATRO by working on S&S, Soft skills trainings, Organisational consulting and CSR projects. Diana is also deeply involved in conducting career consultations for experts and managers, evaluating their potential and supporting them in finding an appropriate career path.

What inspires her is the opportunity to learn and develop which the consultancy role fulfils as she can work in different industries and support companies in different organisational challenges they face.

At CATRO Diana has unleashed her creativity and at work and in her free time you can find her handcrafting and designing different things that can be incorporated in the marketing of the CSR projects, the soft skills trainings or surprise colleagues and friends for their birthdays.

Stephany Kostova

Consultant at CATRO Bulgaria


Stephany has a Bachelor degree in Psychology and European administration, as well as a Master`s degree in Organisational Psychology from New Bulgarian University. Since the beginning of her career in the Human resources field, she is part of CATRO team – being lucky to find an organisation that fits her values. Everyday inspiration and openness to challenges allow her to have active participation in various training and development programmes and Search & Selection projects. Furthermore, she is a coordinator of CSR projects and their implementation in Bulgaria.

Stephany has made her dream come true by being part of Trainers without borders 2018, where she had the opportunity to find her unique capabilities as a trainer. She is inspired by unlocking the hidden potential of the employees and supporting the organisations in creating their future success.

Other passions for her are exploring nature by climbing peaks and finding and improving herself via yoga and mindfulness practices.

Iveta Simeonova

Consultant at CATRO Bulgaria


Iveta has a Bachelor degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Labour Markets and Human Resources Development from Sofia University. Since joining the CATRO team in 2018 Iveta is actively participating in the Search & Selection process, in various CSR projects and assists with the training development and delivery. Iveta has expertise in using different recruitment strategies and sourcing channels, as well as creative ways to reach potential candidates.

Iveta finds inspiration in finding the perfect match for both the client and the job seeker by an in-depth understanding of the requirements and working environment of the client and the needs and expectations of the candidates.

Dimitar Zlatanov

EU Project expert at CATRO Bulgaria


Dimitar has a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Sofia University, as well as a Master’s degree in Artistic psychosocial practices from the New Bulgarian University. He joined CATRO in 2018 and since then is focused on CSR projects. Dimitar has a background working with different disadvantaged groups, as well as organisational management. He brings knowledge of the NGO field to the team. Dimitar is inspired by finding out something new every day and fostering change in the world. He is the person colleagues turn to when they need to find out some information or organise a trip.

Olga Mineva

Associated trainer at CATRO Bulgaria


Olga has academic degrees in Psychology at the University in Heidelberg, Germany and Occupational Psychology at the University of London, United Kingdom. She is also a certified NLP Practitioner by the International Trainers Academy of NLP, London. She has been working in the field of Empowering Leadership, Brand Image Formation and Organisational Development (in collaboration with the Franklin Covey Leadership Institute). At CATRO, she is actively involved as an organisational consultant and associated trainer in the development and implementation of a number of employee development programmes, incl. performance management systems and soft skills trainings on topics such as Emotional Intelligence, Change Management, Employee Motivation, Leadership Skills Development.

Dobrin Padalski

Associated trainer at CATRO Bulgaria


Dobrin has more than 15 years of work experience in the main functions of people management gained in the corporate sector both in Bulgaria and The Netherlands. He has done recruitment, job descriptions, remuneration analysis, performance standards, competency models and training. Over the years Dobrin has delivered services to more than 100 companies, involving more than 6,000 employees in various activities. He has successfully partnered with the Bulgarian Industrial Association (BIA) on the EU funded project “Development of Workforce Competence Assessment System by Sectors and Regions”.

Dobrin has Master’s Degree in Economics from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” and numerous specialisations in the field of human resources and training.

Borislav Nikolov

Associated trainer at CATRO Bulgaria


Borislav has more than 12 years of experience in design and implementation of in-house training programs in sales, management skills and change management. Consulting projects with more than 500 training days for soft skills. Serious experience in international companies in major merger and transformation process. He has led project for building a new corporate culture and increasing team effectiveness for more than 1,200 employees. Borislav has more than 7 years of experience in managing people, budgets and processes. During his professional development he has gained practical experience in the construction and development of the team, and management of existing staff in organisation transformation processes.

Borislav has Bachelor degree "Finance" with specialisation in "Banking" and Master degree "Management and Development of Human Resources" from Open University. Has went through certification program for managing European projects at American University in Bulgaria. Possesses a certificate of preparing personality profiles DISC, job description analysis and team audit under the methodology of Thomas. Not at last place, Borislav is certified trainer in group-dynamic psychological training by Top Consult.

Kapka Stoykova

Kapka Stoykova is а SME Instrument Business Coach for the European Commission, Executive Agency for Small & Medium-sized Enterprises. She is the first Bulgarian coach certified by the International Coaching Institute (ICI Coach) based in Geneva. She has had experience with national and multinational companies (from 5 to 20 000 employees) in the business sectors of power engineering, chemical industry, telecommunications, sales, pharmaceutics, facilities management, finance, IT, NGO, and customer services.

Kapka is a professional in the field of human resources development. She has 18 years of international experience in various human resources practices. She graduated Computer Engineering in Russia and Political Sciences in France. She lived in France for 5 years where she became a Project Manager in the EU Program “Employment NOW”, located in the Training Center of the Craftmanship Chamber of Loire-et-Cher region, France. For 15 years she has been working in the fields of Recruitment, Training, and Development. She has also worked as Training and Development Manager at Solvay Sodi AD, as a corporate Recruitment, Training, and Development for the Bulgarian Telecommunication Company, and as a Headhunting consultant for Alexander Hughes Bulgaria.

Liliya Georgieva

Liliya has over 15 years’ experience in organising and conducting training in the following areas: effective communication, teamwork, development of creativity, motivation and leadership, time management, conflict management, management of crises and changes, as well as various content and methodology team building events for representatives of non-governmental and corporate organisations. Liliya has developed corporate team buildings with different content, format and focus, tailored to the concrete needs and strategic priorities of the companies. In addition, she is an author of several Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes for social impact on different environmental and social issues.

Liliya has Master degree in Economics and Psychology. She is a certified gestalt psychotherapist under supervision and has a number of specialisations in project management, human resources management and organisational development.
