The neuroscientific approach during crisis

How to cope with the demands of this period

As the new situation affects all of us, our loved ones, families and friends, at CATRO, we continue working towards what we best do – to support and empower people in the process of seeking their strengths, their passion; to help them find their inner strength to navigate through difficult times, to take the next step or to make a change.

In order to address the needs in times of crisis, as of 31st March CATRO organises a series of 3 thematic free webinars for the Bulgarian audience, in which we share practical advice and tools to cope with the challenges of the day – as professionals and as individuals.

The topics we discuss are through the Neuro-Agility ProfileTM tool that is based on a Neuroscience approach and how our brain works. In times of uncertainty, the only thing that nobody can take away from us is our internal capacity!

We had already held our 1st webinar on 31st March on the topic “How to transform stress into a friend?” and for those of you who are interested, you can check out the recording in our YouTube channel.

Our 2nd webinar will be held next Tuesday (14.04) from 14:00 to 15:30 (GMT +3) on the topic “Neuro-Agility – building and changing habits in times of crisis”.

The main focus of the webinar will be:

  • What is neuroplasticity and how actually our habits are formed
  • Which habits hinder and which help us move forward and grow
  • How we can transform those habits that don’t work for us

We have prepared techniques and exercises that foster our positive attitude towards the world, which is rooted in the so-called Growth Mindset.

Our attitude towards the current situation is exactly what can help us successfully manage the challenges of this period! We cannot change the world around us, but we can work on our perception and way of thinking, which are key not only to how we are going through this critical period but also the example we give to our colleagues, our children, our parents and loved ones who need us.
