Growing up

Over the past 13 years, our team has evolved dynamically in terms of people and skills. Currently, we continue to grow – both as a team and as expertise to offer innovative solutions in all areas of People Management: talent attraction and employer branding, training and development, leadership programs, staff engagement and well-being programs.

Initiative

We are the people who introduced neuroscience into the Bulgarian business environment through a tool called Neuro-Agility Profile™. Like an engine in the workforce, it is our magic wand with which we develop and foster creativity, adaptability and flexibility.

Ingenuity

The first proprietary methodology for measuring employee engagement is the work of KATRO Bulgaria in the person of Anelia Miteva. Based on the SCARF™ model, the methodology has established its relevance and contribution to improving employee engagement and the employer brand of a number of successful business brands.

INNOVATIVENESS

In 2021, KATRO Bulgaria paved the way as a true pioneer in the field of e-learning by creating the first video program on leadership skills in the new hybrid environment: “Successful in the New Virtual Reality.” The program was successfully implemented with over 300 managers from a leading bank in Bulgaria in a “bite-sized learning” format.

Achievements

We are proud two-time finalists at the annual awards of the Bulgarian Association for Human Resource Management. In 2018, we reached the finals thanks to the Innovative Leadership Program of Reichle & De-Massari, and the program for defining the new Employee Value Proposition of Raiffeisenbank took us there again in 2021.

  • In 2016, we were honored as a member of the European Pact for Youth UN Global Goals Network for our integrated training program for Youth Mediators.
  • In 2018, we initiated a sustainable partnership with UNHCR Bulgaria by creating a large-scale national study on the employment of refugees in the Bulgarian labor market and organizing multiple job fairs over the next four years.
  • In 2019, we were recognized as a socially responsible and ethical company by the Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum.

  • In 2020, we launched an active partnership with the EMPROVE Foundation, providing lecturing, mentoring, and inspirational support to women who successfully emerged from toxic relationships involving physical and emotional abuse.
  • In 2022 marked a decade of strategic, organizational, and operational partnership with SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria.
