Fast turnover? Overload? Stress? In the era of digital evolution, modern individuals are bombarded with far greater amounts of information, often leading to a slowdown in our cognitive abilities and productivity, as well as a decline in overall well-being and creativity. In our efforts to support individuals and organizations in addressing these issues sustainably and comprehensively, we gradually focused our curiosity and scientific interest on brain function. We quickly began to recognize its connection to daily habits and behaviors, as well as the factors that influence its plasticity.
How did it all begin?
In 2019, our team met with Dr. Andre Vermeulen, CEO of Neuro-Link and a leading global expert in the field of neuroscience and neuroplasticity. You can watch Dr. Vermeulen’s TED presentation here.
He managed to infect us with his mission – to help every individual unlock the potential of their brain to lead a fulfilling life filled with energy, balance, and inner strength. This mission is realized through the concept of Neuro-agility, where he created the Neuro-agility Advanced+ Profile tool, which measures, explains, and provides practical guidance for training and developing the flexibility of our brain. This makes it exceptionally easy to apply and brings high practical value.
To get certified to work with this tool, we underwent comprehensive training and became representatives of the Neuro-link profiles for adults, learners (ages 10-15), and students (ages 16-23) for Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus.
This marked a new beginning for us. We changed much of our own understanding and professional approach. We began building a network of experts and promoted the neuroscientific approach within the HR community. We had a special participation in HR with a guest lecturer from Neuro-link, discussing the topic of “Artificial Intelligence in Organizations and the Role of Neuro-agility.” Over 800 people accessed free resources on topics related to stress management, habit formation and change, brain fitness, motivation and team management, and learning skills based on the principles of Neuro-agility and neuroplasticity.

Certification of Neuro-agility Practitioners
In Bulgaria, Greece, and Cyprus—nearly 40 experts have recognized the advantages of the tool and integrated it into their business, HR, and consulting practices. The certification training is held twice a year, and if you’re interested in participating, you can find current information about the program and upcoming sessions here.
Corporate Projects
In sectors such as IT, Fin-tech, Retail, Telecommunications, and Manufacturing, we have developed over 400 individual Neuro-Agility profiles and debrief sessions, and conducted more than 20 group seminars in organizations like SAP Labs Bulgaria, DELL Bulgaria, Kaufland Bulgaria, A1, Palfinger, the Bulgarian Association for Human Management, and UNICEF Bulgaria. The methodology we use combines individual and group interventions, which ensures a high success rate in achieving the set organizational goals.
Brain Agility Booster helps develop neuroplasticity through a combination of online self-study, an individual NAP profile, and 3 sessions with a mentor/coach.
Support for children and students
Through special discounts and events in collaboration with “Develop Yourself”: investing in our children, providing support for building future skills, and optimizing learning abilities are among our main priorities. We have established a partnership with an organization that shares similar goals, and together we are fostering a culture of awareness among young people in Bulgaria, as well as creating a connection between business and education.
