Olga holds a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology from Birkbeck, University of London, a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, and is a certified NLP practitioner. Over the past 10 years, she has been dedicated not only to business but also to various social causes. Olga has extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational diagnosis, emotional intelligence, individual and team effectiveness, change management, leadership, motivation, and empowerment.
In addition to her consulting career, she is an active advocate for women’s rights and founded the Emprove Foundation, dedicated to women’s empowerment and the prevention of violence against women. For her efforts, Olga was awarded the “Advocate of the Year” by the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee.

A passionate advocate for knowledge exchange among HR professionals and for passing positive experiences to future generations of HR leaders, Pepina holds a Doctorate in Human Resources from Selinus University and a Master’s degree in Economics and Information Technology, with a diploma in Banking and Finance from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London, and Marketing. She has extensive experience as a trainer and in supporting companies to achieve success through improved human resource management, developing modern and innovative HR projects, effective training, career development, and enhancing employee well-being.
As an Aviation HR consultant and trainer with managerial experience as the HR manager for Varna and Burgas airports, Pepina has implemented international projects as an ORAT HR expert and ORAT Training Manager, and has worked for Sofia Airport, Maldives Airports Company Ltd., Fraport Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Aviation HR Excellence, Fraport Twin Star Airport Management, Societe Generale Expressbank, and Central Cooperative Bank.
