Founder, CEO, and inspiring leader of CATRO Bulgaria
ANELIA MITEVA
The founder of CATRO Bulgaria is a woman with a mission, vision, and an unwavering drive for continuous development. A graduate of Sheffield University and Heidelberg University, Anelia skillfully combines her Executive MBA focused on Human Resource Management with her master’s degree in Political Science, Economics, and International Law.
Her journey at CATRO began in 2010 and has evolved into a true model of leadership. As a senior consultant, Anelia initiates and leads key organizational projects dedicated to Executive Search, as well as innovative neuroscience-based programs for Leadership, Performance Assessment, and People Development, employer branding, and employee engagement across various industries.
Alongside her business activities, Anelia invests inspiring efforts in numerous CSR projects. Among them are SOS Children’s Villages, where she serves as Deputy Chair of the Management Board, and Emprove – an NGO empowering women, where Anelia is a dedicated mentor, inspiring speaker, and board member of the foundation.
When seeking a quick escape from corporate dynamics, Anelia spends time with her two wonderful boys, practices relaxing yoga, or heads to the mountains for restorative meditation.

Diana Nedkova-Butanska
Bachelor’s degree in Business & Management plus specialization in HR from the University of Salford is the formula that led Diana to become a skilled Neuro-agility™ master practitioner and a certified trainer in the “Coaches Without Borders” program.
Diana has been part of Catro since 2012, dedicating her expertise and experience to the company’s diverse business directions. She has over 10 years of experience as an HR consultant on projects for top expert and managerial positions and over 4 years as a trainer. In the meantime, she excels in organizational consulting and CSR projects.
With a dominant left hemisphere, Diana develops her neuroplasticity and creativity daily by painting and crafting. This is her way not only to diversify but also to manage stress effectively.

Stefanie Kostova-Marakova
The combination of a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and European Public Administration, along with a Master’s in Organizational Psychology from New Bulgarian University, brought Stefanie to the CATRO team right at the start of her HR career. With an unyielding passion for learning, she has been a certified trainer in the “Trainers Without Borders” program since 2018, as well as a Neuro-agility™ master practitioner.
Thanks to her energetic and positive personality, Stefanie contributes to all business lines at CATRO and is a key driver of numerous training and development programs. Her experience has led her to fervently believe in human potential, and her curiosity and enthusiasm help foster its growth. Alongside her competencies, the team recognizes Stefanie as a dedicated coordinator of leading international CSR activities and their successful adaptation in Bulgaria.
Stefanie discovers and creates new neural connections and practices mindful parenting through Neurography. Whenever she needs to restore her inner balance, her daily Yoga and Mindfulness practices always do the trick.
HR Consultant
Iveta Simeonova
Iveta holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Labor Markets and Human Resource Development from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” Since her first project at CATRO in 2018, she has proven to be an invaluable team player in the selection processes, CSR projects, and support for training development and delivery. Her expertise in various talent sourcing and attraction strategies, combined with her creative approaches to reaching potential candidates, is immensely valuable to the entire team.
As part of her inherent curiosity, training has become a natural part of Iveta’s journey, fueled by her desire to contribute both in her personal and professional life.
Outside of work, Iveta is always on the move—running or cycling. One of her favorite topics to passionately discuss is languages, their similarities, and origins.
Manager of European Projects
Victoria Tsvetkova
With a bachelor’s degree in European Studies (Law profile) from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, Victoria has had the opportunity to take advantage of various mobility programs, including spending a semester at Saarland University in Germany, a year-long internship with an NGO in Bern, Switzerland, and participating in numerous international youth exchanges and training sessions.
Professionally, Victoria has experience organizing a variety of events abroad—ranging from youth exchanges and informal education training to corporate seminars and international training for employees of competent authorities from EU member states and third countries. She also possesses solid project management experience in both the NGO and private sectors, gained while working on European-funded projects under the Erasmus+ programs (KA1 + KA2) and BTSF (Better Training for Safer Food). As a European Projects Expert on the CATRO Bulgaria team, she supports the entire project cycle of the company’s CSR projects—from research on various topics to creating intellectual content, piloting, and reporting.
With a strong interest in foreign languages, Victoria loves to travel—whether for work or pleasure, she feels at home wherever she goes. Always seeking inner balance, she manages daily stress by dedicating time to her favorite workout and reading or listening to interesting books or podcasts while traveling.
Business Development Expert & Career Coach
Nadezhda Angelova
Nadezhda is among the few Certified Master Trainers and Career Consultants (GCDF International) in Bulgaria, as well as holding a Learning & Development certificate from CIPD UK. She is currently enhancing her first master’s degree with a specialization in Psychology and Neuro-Agility™ profiling.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Nadezhda has discovered her strength and passion in developing individuals at both personal and professional levels. She is dedicated to unlocking the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations, as well as enhancing learning and improvement processes, communication and understanding, and organizational prosperity.
As part of the Business Development team at CATRO Bulgaria, Nadezhda contributes new knowledge in the field of Human Resources to the activities of our partners and clients. She does this in a subtle and masterful way that not only sells a service but also delves into the true needs of clients, uncovering the best solutions according to their values, missions, and goals.
Born by the sea, Nadezhda is naturally drawn to salty waters, kitesurfing, sailing, and diving. Her latest passion is the ancient Japanese practice of Seitai, which regulates the body and mind. Nadezhda even hopes that one day all Bulgarian employers will apply this practice as a tool for healthier, happier, more effective, and successful individuals. She firmly believes that dreams matter and that we can live them through everything we do, especially through our work.
Junior Consultant
Rosen Petkov
With degrees in sociology, criminology, and psychoanalysis, Rosen employs a wide range of psychosocial theories in the field of human resources and consulting. During his time with Catro Bulgaria, he has taken on almost every role in the company—from headhunting and qualitative and quantitative analysis to writing training modules for projects, conducting training sessions, applying the Neuro-agility™ concept, and leading debriefing sessions as a certified practitioner. His intuitive approach and adaptability guide his work, gradually transforming him into a capable young professional.
Becoming an increasingly valuable asset to his colleagues, Rosen is determined to make his mark in the human resources sector through the intuition and unconventional methods he applies to every task. Meanwhile, his enthusiasm for camping, martial arts, and piano adds a fresh note to the work environment, which even those in need of serious consulting absorb effortlessly.

Nora Bekyarova
With a Bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from UNSS and a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New Bulgarian University, Nora skillfully combines diverse business knowledge and skills gained from her work in Bulgaria and international exchanges abroad – including six months at the University of Bordeaux, France, and an internship in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Her desire to work in a dynamic environment that inspires and develops her daily led her to Catro. Nora’s determination, ambition, and teamwork skills quickly engage her in various projects across all business lines within the company, making her one of the successfully certified Neuro-Agility practitioners.
In her free time, Nora balances her dynamic lifestyle with reading books, cycling by the sea, and traveling.

OLGA MINEVA
Olga is a psychologist and organizational consultant with academic degrees from the University of Heidelberg, Germany, and the University of London, UK.
For the past 10 years, Olga has been dedicated not only to business but also to various social causes. She has extensive experience in strategic planning, organizational diagnostics, emotional intelligence, personal and team effectiveness, change management, leadership, motivation, and empowerment. According to Olga, all these topics are key to achieving her main goal: “Supporting people on their journey to become more aware and to discover, develop, and enhance their inner potential and motivation towards fulfilling their aspirations and a stronger sense of impact and purpose.”
In addition to her consulting career, Olga is an active advocate for women’s rights. She is the founder of the Emprove foundation, dedicated to women’s empowerment and combating violence against women. For her efforts, Olga has been honored with the “Advocate of the Year” award from the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee.
To maintain her energy levels and keep stress as low as possible, Olga regularly practices meditation and CrossFit.

Emilian Krumov
Emilian holds a master’s degree in Psychology, specializing in Clinical and Counseling Psychology as well as Organizational and Work Psychology from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski.” He is a Neuro-Agility™ master practitioner and a practical trainer certified by the SOV Foundation in the Netherlands. Emilian also possesses an HRM certificate from IATA (Institute for Training and Development) in Switzerland; a Trainer and Educator certificate from UNFPA & the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Malaria; and a Trainer and Educator certificate in Conflict Management based on Ethnic Differences from the introductory program of FPDL in Romania.
Emilian has over 20 years of solid experience as a psychological consultant and manager, trainer, and educator in HR study and development. As a psychologist and associate consultant at KATRO, he is an active participant in the Employee Assistance program, as well as a certified trainer in Neuro-Agility™ practitioner training.
Traveling, improv theater, and musical performances inspire Emilian. He volunteers for Junior Achievement Bulgaria and several other NGO projects.

Liliya Georgieva
Liliya has over 22 years of experience in organizing and conducting training for personal and organizational change, team-building events, including in the field of CSR, more than 7 years in individual and group therapy, and 3 years in crisis intervention at shelters for domestic violence and human trafficking. She is a certified Gestalt psychotherapist with the European Institute for Gestalt Therapy, as well as a certified facilitator in Integrated Family Constellation from the Institute for Integral Development in Sofia and the School of Integral Constellation and Evolutionary Techniques in Italy. In addition, she is a certified organizational consultant with the Bulgarian Psychologists’ Association.
Liliya has completed several certification courses in various aspects of psychology, including Transactional Analysis, Positive Psychotherapy, Hypnosis, and Eco-Centered Therapy. She employs projective psychological and creative techniques, such as therapeutic cards, playback, and improvisational theater, as well as Fairy Tale Therapy. Currently, Liliya is studying several therapeutic approaches focused on psychological trauma: “Internal Family Systems” (IFS) and “Primordial Therapy” for working with the inner child. Her practice is concerned with topics such as anxiety, depression, panic attacks, psychosomatic existential crises, toxic relationships, eating disorders, addictions, and issues of authentic self-esteem.
With her in-depth expertise, Liliya actively contributes to the Employee Assistance program at KATRO, as well as to CSR projects related to well-being, mental health, and mindfulness.

Viktor Balabanov
Since 2008, driven by an inner desire to be helpful to others, Viktor has developed strong relationships with various organizations, built on mutual trust and respect. These include schools, universities, NGOs, and business corporations.
The synergy of his education (Master’s in Psychology), additional qualifications (Business Coach, Conflict Mediator, Management Academy Trainer), 14 years of consulting experience, and his passionate nature have made him a top-level professional. This is evidenced by the feedback, references, and long-term partnerships with teams (over 60 organizations) and individuals (more than 12,000 people) that Viktor has worked with.
In parallel with the development of his consulting expertise, Viktor founded ZNAM.BE – an NGO focused on education – with the mission to increase literacy levels and bridge the gap between education and real-life business.
Viktor actively contributes to KATRO’s creative training programs, especially as a leading figure in KATRO’s Leadership Video Program “Successful in the New Hybrid Work Environment.”
As an active athlete for 25 years, Viktor has won over 30 medals in international competitions, with being a European champion as his highest achievement. His pursuit of victory adds another dimension to his professional profile.

Dobrin Padalski
Dobrin holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski and a postgraduate qualification in Group Dynamics and Training from Top Consult. He strongly believes that “everyone has the right to be happy at their workplace.”
Dobrin has spent the last 22 years in various human management positions across five European countries, where he has solidified his knowledge in HR processes. He has provided services to over 120 companies and engaged more than 17,000 employees in consulting and training projects. His strong advantage lies in supporting and developing soft skills, goal setting, and performance evaluation processes.
Dobrin actively contributes to training and organizational consulting projects, particularly in Performance Evaluation, Talent Identification and Management, Leadership Development Programs, and Change Management.
Outside of work, Dobrin is fully devoted to his family. He enjoys practicing various endurance sports that require teamwork.
