Olga has an MA in Organisational Psychology from BIRKBECK University of London, a BA in Psychology and is a certified NLP practitioner. In the last 10 years she has been committed not only to business but also to various social causes. Olya has extensive experience in strategic planning, organisational diagnostics, emotional intelligence, personal and team effectiveness, change management, leadership, motivation, and empowerment.
Alongside her consulting career, she is an active advocate for women’s rights and as such established the Emprove Foundation, dedicated to women’s empowerment and the fight towards the prevention of violence against women. For her actions, Olga was awarded the “Advocate of the Year” by the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee.

Pepina holds a PhD in Human Resources from Selinus University and an MSc in Economics and Information Technology, with degrees in Banking and Finance from the Chartered Institute of Bankers, London and Marketing. She has extensive experience as a trainer and in supporting companies to achieve success through improved human resource management, the development of modern and innovative HR projects, effective training, career development and improving employee wellbeing.
