Graduated with a Master’s degree in Clinical and Counseling Psychology from Sofia University and specializes in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Galina has over 20 years of experience in the pharmaceutical sector within an international corporate environment. She has led Human Resources departments in Bulgaria and several European countries. She has completed numerous certification trainings in psychological profiling and counseling, leadership, negotiation, public speaking, and more. Her current work and interests focus on psychology, motivation, leadership, and overall well-being.

Linguist and psychologist with over 20 years of professional experience in public communication, human resources, and specifically, working with people. She holds numerous certifications in three main areas: Public Relations (BBC World Service Trust, London School of PR, etc.), Human Resources (OC 1st Business Certificate, IT Step Academy, etc.), and personality psychology (Positive Psychotherapy, NAP, Enneagram).

Milena has worked for over 15 years in the corporate sector across various industries, including 360° marketing, interior design, media, healthcare, fast-moving consumer goods, sciences, IT, transportation, and logistics. Marusya has studied Aromatherapy and Aromapsychology at the Institute for Postgraduate Qualification in Russia. She completed basic training in Positive Psychotherapy and Family Counseling with the Bulgarian Positive Psychotherapy Society in 2009. For the past two years, she has been working with her proprietary program, reStart, which focuses on coaching and training to develop habits and skills that enhance quality of life.

Coordinator and Public Relations Specialist | Speech Therapy Center “Reach Out” – Burgas Works as a team coordinator and public relations specialist at the Speech Therapy Center “Reach Out” in Burgas. Her role involves supporting children with special educational needs (SEN) and their parents, coordinating the team’s activities, presenting the center’s work on social media, and establishing connections with external organizations and individuals. Since January 2023, she has been the chairperson of the association St. Ivan Rilski – Burgas and a member of BALIZ. The association’s activities are entirely focused on supporting children with intellectual disabilities and their families.
