Founder, Managing Director & Inspirational Leader of CATRO Bulgaria
ANELIA MITEVA
The founder of CATRO Bulgaria is a woman with a mission, a vision and a strong drive for constant development. An alumnus of both Sheffield University and the University of Heidelberg, Anelia skillfully combined her MBA in Human Resource management with a Master’s degree in Political science, Economics and International law.
Her CATRO experience began in 2010 and evolved into exemplary leadership. As a senior consultant, Anelia initiates and leads crucial organizational projects dedicated to Executive Search as well as innovative, science-based programmes for Neuro Leadership, Performance Management, Employer Branding and Employee Engagement in different industries. Along with her business work, Anelia puts inspirational efforts in a number of CSR projects, such as being the Deputy Board President of SOS Children’s Villages Bulgaria as well as a devoted mentor, inspirational lecturer and Board member of the EMPROVE foundation, dedicated to womens’ empowerment.
When seeking a quick escape from the corporate dynamics, Anelia spends time with her 2 wonderful boys, practices relaxing yoga or heads straight to the mountains for a recreational meditation.

Diana Nedkova-Butanska
With a bachelor’s degree in Business & management plus specialization in the HR field from the University of Salford, Diana is a skillful Neuro-Agility Master practitioner as well as a certified coach in the “Trainers without borders” program.
Her 10+ years of experience include recruitment for top expert and managerial positions in addition to her 4+ years as a trainer. As part of CATRO since 2012, Diana has dedicated her expertise and experience to the company’s many business directions. Moreover, she does brilliant work for the recruitment, training, organizational consulting and CSR projects.
With a leading left hemisphere, Diana is developing her neuroplasticity and creativity daily by drawing and hand crafting. Which by the way represents not only her hobbies but also her stress-management tips and tricks.
Senior Consultant
Stephany Kostova-Marakova
A bachelor’s degree in Psychology and European public administration combined with a master’s degree in Organizational psychology from New Bulgarian University is what led Stephany to CATRO right from the beginning of her HR career. A constant learner by heart, she is a certified coach in the “Trainers without borders” programme from 2018 and a Neuro-agility master practitioner.
Her energetic and positive persona makes a valuable contribution to all CATRO business pillars, creating a perfect match for training and development programmes. Her experience led her to passionately believe in human’s potential and developed her curiosity to discover new and creative ways to unleash it. Stephany is also recognised as a dedicated project coordinator for leading international CSR projects while successfully adapting them in Bulgaria.
Stephany explores and creates new efficient neuron pathways and practices conscious parenting via drawing neurographic. If she’s in need of an internal balance – daily Yoga and Mindfulness practices always come in handy.
HR Consultant
Iveta Simeonova
Iveta is a bachelor in Psychology and a master in Labour Markets and Human Resources development from Sofia University. Ever since her first CATRO projects in 2018, Iveta proved to be an amazing team player, pushing forward Search & Selection process, CSR projects and assisting the training development and delivery. Her expertise in different recruitment strategies and sourcing channels, combined with the creative ways to reach potential candidates, are truly valuable.
As an element of her inborn curiosity, coaching easily became part of Iveta’s path – complimented by the strive for more and the desire to contribute both in her professional and personal life.
Outside work Iveta is constantly on the move either running or biking. She would also passionately discuss languages and their commonalities and origins.
EU Project Manager
Victoria Tsvetkova
Victoria’s bachelor’s degree in European studies (Law profile) from Sofia University naturally led her to the European youth mobility programmes with a semester in Saarland University, Germany, a one-year NGO traineeship in Bern, Switzerland and numerous international youth exchanges and training courses.
Professionally, Victoria is well experienced in event management by organizing different types of events in various European countries. From non-formal education youth exchanges and training courses via corporate seminars to training events for competent authority staff from EU and non-EU countries. Victoria also has a solid project management experience – both in NGO and the private sector – acquired during her work on projects with EU funding by programmes such as Erasmus+ and Better training for safer food (BTSF). In her capacity as an EU Project Manager, she supports the full project cycle of CATRO’s CSR activities – from researching topics and creating intellectual outputs to piloting and reporting.
With a flair for languages, Victoria loves to travel both for work and leisure as she easily feels at home everywhere she goes. Reading an interesting book on a long train ride, listening to her favorite podcast or spending time with her dog are her favorite ways to cope with stress.
Business Development Expert & Career Coach
Nadezhda Angelova
Nadezhda is among the few Certified Master Trainers and Career Consultants (GCDF International) in Bulgaria, as well as holding a Learning & Development certificate from CIPD UK. She is currently enhancing her first master’s degree with a specialization in Psychology and Neuro-Agility™ profiling.
With over 20 years of experience in Human Resources, Nadezhda has discovered her strength and passion in developing individuals at both personal and professional levels. She is dedicated to unlocking the potential of individuals, teams, and organizations, as well as enhancing learning and improvement processes, communication and understanding, and organizational prosperity.
As part of the Business Development team at CATRO Bulgaria, Nadezhda contributes new knowledge in the field of Human Resources to the activities of our partners and clients. She does this in a subtle and masterful way that not only sells a service but also delves into the true needs of clients, uncovering the best solutions according to their values, missions, and goals.
Born by the sea, Nadezhda is naturally drawn to salty waters, kitesurfing, sailing, and diving. Her latest passion is the ancient Japanese practice of Seitai, which regulates the body and mind. Nadezhda even hopes that one day all Bulgarian employers will apply this practice as a tool for healthier, happier, more effective, and successful individuals. She firmly believes that dreams matter and that we can live them through everything we do, especially through our work.
HR Consultant
Nora Bekyarova-Vasileva
Bachelor in International Economic Relations from UNWE and Master in Human Resource Management and Development from New Bulgarian University, Nora skillfully combines diverse business knowledge and skills acquired from her work in the country and international exchanges abroad – 6 months at the University of Bordeaux, France, as well as an internship in Tbilisi, Georgia.
Her desire to work in a dynamic environment that inspires and develops her on a daily basis is what brings her to CATRO. Her sense of purpose, ambition and teamwork skills help her to be quickly involved in various projects across all business lines of the company, as well as being a Certified Neuro-Agility Practitioner.
In her spare time Nora manages to balance the busy schedule with reading books, cycling by the sea and travelling.
Junior Consultant
Rossen Petkov
With degrees in Sociology, Criminology and Psychoanalysis, Rosen is utilizing a wide range of psycho-social theory into Human resources and Consulting fields. During his first year in the CATRO team, he has been involved now in almost every role in the company: from headhunting and executive search, qualitative and quantitative research, to writing educational modules for European projects, conducting training and exploring the neuro-agility potential of people being a certified Neuro-agility practitioner. His intuitive approach and adaptability steer his performance, as Rosen is gradually evolving into a capable young professional.
Being an increasingly valuable asset to his colleagues, Rossen is determined to add his own color to the HR sector through his intuitive and accepting persona.
Rossen tends to bring a fresh vibe into the office by his off-work enthusiasm in camping, combat sports and piano. He rarely fails to add a pinch of cheerfulness even in the most needy of consulting.

OLGA MINEVA
Olga is a Psychologist and Organizational consultant with academic degrees from the University in Heidelberg, Germany and the University of London, United Kingdom.
In the last decade, Olga has been devoted to supporting the business, as well as different social causes with her expertise. She has а rich experience in Strategic Planning, Organizational Diagnostics, Emotional Intelligence, Personal and Team Effectiveness, Change Management, Leadership, Motivation and Empowerment – topics she considers crucially relevant to the fulfillment of her leading goal: “Supporting people to be more self-aware and to find, develop and increase their inner potential and motivation. Towards discovery and fulfillment of their bigger purpose and greater feeling of impact and meaning.”
Besides her consultancy career, Olga is also a passionate Women’s’ Rights Advocate dedicated to women empowerment and the fight against violence. Olga is the founder of Emprove Foundation. For these actions, she is awarded “Advocate of the Year” by the Bulgarian Helsinki Committee.
In order to maintain her energy level high and stress as low as possible, Olga regularly practices meditation and crossfit.

Emilian Krumov
Emilian has a Master’s degree in Psychology and specializations in Clinical & Consulting Psychology and Organizational & Labor Psychology from the Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski. He is a Neuro-Agility Master practitioner, certified practitioner coach by the Netherland’s SOV Foundation’s programme, certified HRM by IATA Training & Development Institute in Switzerland, certified Trainer & Educator in UNFPA & Global Fund FAMT projects and Trainer & Educator in Ethnic Diversity Conflict Management from FPDL-Romania’s implementation programme.
He has 20+ years of experience as a psychologist-consultant and HR Learning & Development Manager, trainer & coach. As a psychologist and associated consultant at CATRO, Emilian is actively participating in the Employee Assistance Programme as well as a certified trainer in the Neuro-Agility Practitioners’ Training.
He is inspired by traveling, improvisational theater and music performance. He does voluntary work for Junior Achievement’s and several Non-governmental organizations’ projects.
Associated Consultant, psychologist, trainer, and Gestalt psychotherapist
Liliya Georgieva
Lilia has more than 22 years of experience in organizing and conducting trainings for personal and organizational change as well as team building events, incl. in the CSR area. She also has over 7 years of experience in individual and group therapy and 3 years in crisis intervention at crisis centers for domestic violence and human trafficking. Lilia is a Certified Gestalt psychotherapist at the European Institute of Gestalt Therapy, Certified Facilitator on Integrated Family Constellations at the Institute for Integral Development in Sofia as well as School of Integral Constellations and Evolutionary Techniques – Italy. She is also a certified organizational consultant at the Bulgarian Psychological Society.
Lilia has completed various certification courses in other psychological dimensions: Transactional Analysis, Positive Psychotherapy, Hypnosis and Eco-Centered Therapy. She uses projective psychological and creative techniques such as therapeutic cards, playback and improv theater and fairytale therapy. She is currently studying several therapeutic directions focused on psychological trauma: “Internal Family Systems” (IFS), as well as “Primary therapy” (Primal therapy) for work with the inner child. Main topics in her practice are: anxiety; depression; panic attacks; psychosomatic existential crises; toxic relationships; eating disorders, addictions; problems with authentic self-esteem.
Lilia is actively contributing with her profound expertise to the Employee Assistance Programme at CATRO, as well as in CSR projects related to well-being, mental health, and mindfulness.

Viktor Balabanov
Ever since 2008, led by his internal necessity of being useful for others, Viktor has developed strong relationships with many different organizations based on mutual trust and respect, incl. schools, universities, NGOs and Business corporations.
The synergy of education (MA degree of Phycology), certifications for additional qualification (Business trainer, Conflict Mediator, Management Academy trainer), 14 years of experience as a consultant and his passionate nature made him a high level professional. The latter can be easily confirmed by the feedback, references and long-term collaborations of the teams (more than 60 organizations) and individuals (over 12 000 people) he has worked with.
3 years ago, alongside his consultancy expertise development, Viktor founded ZNAM.BE – an NGO in the education field – with the mission to increase literacy level and close the gap between education and business in real life.
Viktor is actively contributing to CATRO’s creative training programmes, especially as the main character in the CATRO Video Leadership Programme “Successful in the new hybrid working environment”.
Viktor has been an active athlete for 25+ years. He has won over 40 medals in international tournaments and being a European champion is his top achievement. The winning attitude is one more benefit for a professional business trainer like him.

Dobrin Padalski
Dobrin holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Sofia University and Top Consult’s post-graduate degree in Group Dynamics & Training. “Everybody has the right to be happy at their workplace” is Dobrin’s strong belief and key driver.
He has spent the last 22 years working in various people management functions in 5 European countries building solid knowledge of the HR processes. Dobrin has delivered services to more than 120 companies, involving more than 17,000 employees in consulting and training projects. His best features are supporting soft skills development, goal setting and performance appraisal processes.
Dobrin is actively contributing to CATRO’s training and organisational consultancy projects, especially Performance and Talent Management systems, Leadership Programmes, Change Management.
Outside work he is keen on giving full undivided attention to his family. Dobrin loves practicing all sports that require stamina and teamwork.
